So I don't understand, how have to do the players to see the Shortcuts.

I installed the plugind, but nothing...

They have to type the shortcut word in chat. This works good togehter with the advertisements plugin. So first you send an advertisement like: "Type 'help' to see our info page". With this plugin you make the help command link to your motd page. So when players type 'help' in chat they get to see that page.

What if this just stops working.. the txt file didn't change.. was previously working just fine... the smx file wasn't messed with... All this was checked.. plugin reloaded, unloaded, loaded, server restarted, etc, etc... What could be causing this?

Can you post your sm plugins list?

This doesn't use any translation files so the only thing I can think of is you are running a plugin that is conflicting.
