All files I add good. but I don't know why its disabled.

PS. I can't good speak english...
says plugin file open error, means they aint in, if u uploaded em, double check if u uploaded em right o.o?

May be you're right, but i uploaded right files .amxx.
Files .amxx ---> amxmodx/plugins

When i try compile .sma to .amxx i have error and i can't compile.

Can you compile .sma for me? Please

doesnt nmod require an inc file?
if yes, u shud locally compile.

Download the amxmodx compiler or use pawn studio & put the include in the includes folder and compile it.

this error is even without bots he hasnt fixed this yet

I think Luigi is quite overpowered. He is very strong with both silent run and speed/jump, so his powerup skill (strip weapons) is just too much. Maybe his powerup could be to teleport or something else that is passive and fits in with his stealth-profile.

This mod is a breath of fresh air in the WC3-category, but it needs a shopmenu to be a real contender.
