You have probably another plugins which block the end round messages. Are you installed others plugins ? You should take a look on it.

I have put ; infront of all the plugin, only End Round Message plugin did not. But the plugin still not working.

Okay i manage to find the problem. I trying to solve it. Because i put all plugin into 1 plugin. So it a mess.

Because i hear someone say that more include more lagging.

not really, not the amount of plugins do lagg! its more the routines the plugin do ;)
