There are some cheap graphics cards that you can buy that will handle CS:S just fine, like the 8600 GT for ~$75, or something like an 8400 gs for ~$45. It mostly depends on which interface your computer uses for video cards though. Here is a nice reference guide to good video cards for your money. It starts from $75 and up however, if your budget is lower than that (I hope you have a budget at all :p ).
