If you unload the plugin and type "survival_equip spawn_equip_healthshot" into your game client console and the server does not crash. Then no you don't need it anymore. Although you can keep it on to see if anyones attempting to crash your server maliciously and banish them from the community.

That latter only works if it makes a log, which it doesn't. So you'd be reliant on reports of it.
