so you mean all bugs are caused by 3rd party plugin that patches server to non-steam server?

The major ones are caused by outdated binaries and dproto. But if someone is stupid enough to run a compiled plugin of which they do not have the source code to, then there's no real limit to what the person who wrote the plugin could do.
