Server no longer ignores BOM character in .res files

Example:

that's why I could not start this map in local game recently.. I swear that it was working 1 year ago. it worked when I removed the .res file, just check it:

I had to edit all files .Res and a large majority as the map Fy_snow_orange, needless.


FY_SNOW_ORANGE.res removed (no errors)

I had to remove the whole .res file, the map worked finelly in local game.

what if I just Encoded it in UTF-8 without BOM ?
I do it every time I download a map and it works with no problems (as I can see.)
