I think it's autobuy bug try to use this hlds_run (It's will download the HLDS beta version which the autobuy bug fixed)

Same here. The problem appeared since the latest build that valve have released.

Your hlds_run don't works, when i add it to my server
and i restart it, the server won't start.. it's say: HLDS_RUN fault..
