Only thing i see that's wrong with this specific plugin is the fact that My EndRoundFF Doesn't work.

If it doesn't currently work then it must not be compatible with friendly fire. Maybe an expert on TF2 servers could tell us some cvar that allows what you want but I have no means to support what you're asking.

With version 1.2.0 I added the feature to never reset the status for you. Completely untested so far.
