I had the same problem. Here is a link to the actual code for this include. Just copy-paste it in new file, rename it and then try to compile it!

I think you should translate your index.php to something like this

If page does not show it will reload in 20 secs.

And the /calladmin should be invisible for other players.

The layout is abit small a good idea is to make same as amxbans the list.
