The latest version is 1.10.2.
1.10.1 has a known bug where downloads would be horribly messed up.

The user_custom stuff doesn't matter (I think).

The main thread contains 1.10.1 stuff because it's not worth repackaging everything because of one changed file (as the first few lines of the post say). Just grab freak_fortress_2.smx from the downloads.

I updated the plugin. All models are showing up as errors though (and no sound). I reset my tf2 downloads folder and had everything redownloaded from the server, not working.

Console errors for all custom files:

Failed to load sound "freak_fortress_2\seeman\seecombo_begin.w av", file probably missing from disk/repository

I checked an all files are downloaded. They are legitimate files, not corrupted at all.

1) Close game.
2) Go to "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\sound"
3) Delete file "sound.cache".
4) Join the server and check your sounds.
