Which plugins are you trying to load all of those or just some custom ones you had? Do you want to talk on AIM?

plz can someone help me i have downloaded amxx and metamod but it seems to have done nothing! i have tried to follow the setps it says the best i can but i don't really understand alot of the computer talk, has n e one got n e idea as to wot i have to do or just any sort of help. i could really do wiv someone to help talk me through wot to do. I would b very grateful so plzzz. Also after i downloaded it and installed it and stuff i can no longer hold a LAN server?
