And for the curious ones who just want to get a quick glimpse of SourceBans in action you can have a look at the SteamFriends SourceBans version @ http://steamfriends.sourcebans.net

Hello, help me.
At me a problem.
It is necessary to me that Perm Ban worked for those administrators at which there is no full access to sourcemod.
If I clean a flag "Z" then writes here that - You do not have Perm Ban Permission.
And it is necessary to me, that at me was not flaga "z" and worked Perm Ban Thanks

Give them the unban (e) flag.

By the way, I updated the FAQ to include some questions that are generally asked: http://www.interwavestudios.com/faq/26

L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: SourceMod error session started
L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: Info (map "cp_granary") (file "errors_20090616.log")
L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: [SM] Native "SetPackPosition" reported: Invalid data pack handle 0 (error 4)
L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "sourcebans.smx":
L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: [SM] [0] Line 732, sourcebans.sp::ReasonSelected()

L 06/16/2009 - 07:28:57: [SM] Native "SetPackPosition" reported: Invalid data pack handle 0 (error 4)
L 06/16/2009 - 07:28:57: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "sourcebans.smx":
L 06/16/2009 - 07:28:57: [SM] [0] Line 732, sourcebans.sp::ReasonSelected()

L 06/16/2009 - 07:44:20: Error log file session closed.

There are no mods running besides sourcebans at this point. Seems like sourcebans is the cause of the crash.

The error lines at 07:281 occurred when this happened: (toolman banned someone)

L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: [sourcebans.smx] "› Witoolman<244><STEAM_0:0:19050917><>" banned "public void TomServo()<317><STEAM_0:0:16705408><>" (minutes "0") (reason "Spamming Mic/Chat")
L 06/16/2009 - 07:28:57: [sourcebans.smx] "› Witoolman<244><STEAM_0:0:19050917><>" banned "public void JĘSUS()<311><STEAM_0:1:16933870><>" (minutes "0") (reason "Spamming Mic/Chat")

And then at 07:28:57, the other error line, this is what happened on the server: (toolman banned someone again)

L 06/16/2009 - 07:281: [sourcebans.smx] "› Witoolman<244><STEAM_0:0:19050917><>" banned "public void TomServo()<317><STEAM_0:0:16705408><>" (minutes "0") (reason "Spamming Mic/Chat")
L 06/16/2009 - 07:28:57: [sourcebans.smx] "› Witoolman<244><STEAM_0:0:19050917><>" banned "public void JĘSUS()<311><STEAM_0:1:16933870><>" (minutes "0") (reason "Spamming Mic/Chat")

Seems to be related to using the ban menu on the server, via sm_admin, rather than just doing it the manual console way (sm_ban "name" "0" "reason")

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I am curious if the following 2 situations are normal.

a. The web interface looks half done, no themes appear to be working, only some icons are working, others are just links? The install pages seemed fine, but after deleting the install directory and the update directory as advised, the themes dont seem to be working.

b. In the sourcemod admin menu on the server, I no longer have the option to ban someone. Is there another in game command to quickly ban someone, or must you do it in console / web interface?

I am running the latest version of Sourcebans 1.4.6, and Sourcemod 1.3.1

Otherwise everything seems to have connected properly, and I can view my servers in the web interface...

Strange issue after moving to the new css orangebox engine; when we ban a ingame player, he gets banned but doesn't get kicked. Is this a setting or bug?
