If you want High-Res, download CSPromod.

New Era is cool, but not worthy. The graphics improvements aren't that great.
In counterpart, CSPromod has gorgeous Source graphics, and the gameplay is great.
The only down-side is that if you can't play well, you won't have any fun playing it, since most CSPromod players are experts.
