I HAVE ACCESE on HOST..... me do it somethink wrong DELETE files cstrike because put him wrong files.... and now i HAVE : halflife folder ,.start for Host .... only this ... in folder Half-life... is cstrike... and this is missing....

listen AGAIN : I DONT HAVE PROBLEM WITH AMX or Metamod... i have broblem because I DONT have ALL CSTRIKE folder with sounds , gfx , etc..... ( only this for OS:linux ) ( because my host use linux)

It seems you are the one that does not listen.
3 people already told you what to do:
1) eigther run hldspdatetool to reinstall the server (this would also download your missing cstrike folder)
2) contact your host, they would also reinstall your server (which also would bring back your cstrike folder)
3) running hldsupdatetool on a VM to reinstall your server (this would, again, download the stuff for you, ust upload it back then onto your server)
If you STILL refuse to READ and DO what's suggested it seems you are some kind of learning resistant which simply will cause that anyone will stop trying to help you to solve your problem.
BEFORE you reply to my post, read it again, think about it, read it once more, think about it again and if you THEN think that your question how to get your cstrike folder back is still not answered, DO NOT REPLY TO MY POST.
Simply turn of your computer, bring it back to the store you got it from and ask if you can back the money. If they refuse, spend it to the next person you see, i'm 100% sure he/she will do better with it than you.
