lets say i want to use this one for my server so that ppl can bind a key to bhop easyer, is this possible or is this only possible for client side?

alias +bunny "bunny2"
alias -bunny "-duck"
alias bunny1 "+jump; wait; -jump; wait;"
alias bunny2 "bunny1; bunny1; bunny1; +duck"

bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+bunny"

if this is possible to force this onto a client in my server only then how should i do this?
do i have to put this into a dll file?
