You have 6 bots playing (normally).
And let's say 15 normal players, that makes a total player count of 21 players when the server changes map. Which then results in 1 player being kicked, and not one of the bots.
To me it could look like a bug.

But try sm_cvar bot_join_delay "10" or sm_cvar bot_join_delay "20"
And see if that fixes it.

The problem I am having with the bots is that they are not coming in or leaving sometimes.

Sometimes the server will have 15 people, and there will still be 2 bots when the bot_quota is 10

Is all the 15 players playing? none of them are in spec or anything?

Yes they are all playing.

The problem with that plugin is that the bot_join_delay doesn't work so people will get kicked on map change for slot reservation still =/

are you using sm_cvar infront of bot_join_delay?

Yes it was working perfectly fine without the plugin but when I turn the plugin on it doesn't work
