Update v1.5:

- Change Roundtime 9 Minutes, to 3 Minutes.
- Added Hide Say /tools (Writing / tools, not in the chat!)
- Added Only Administrators can use this command !

I didnt say u ripped it, im sure u made it 100% ur self and everything, bla bla bla..

But still, just a tip: create plugins that have never been done before and/or that doesnt exist currently in the current amxmodx version.
