Nothing has to happen afterwards. You only set where you wnat to install the server.
Then use "app_update 10" to install your cstrike server

Now it saying app "90" fully installed but there is nothing in hlds server folder ? what's wrong now ?

Ok, here my steps :-

1.) I have download steam and install it
2.) I have download steamcmd tool and extract all of it content in steam installation folder
3.) Now, i open steamcmd from steam directory
4.) Now i typed login anonymous and click enter
5.) Then i typed force_install_dir C:\User\vicky\Desktop\HLDS then click enter
6.) And in last i typed app_update "90 -beta beta" validate and it showing some download in cmd

force_install_dir ../HLDS/ (In desktop)
Try to login with your Steam account. (anything except anonymous)

Ok, now i login with my account still it showing this [IMG]http://s14.************/wvy6oidi9/Capture.png[/IMG] But there is nothing in hlds folder
