'e' means not to check the password. Even if one is provided, AMXX will not check it

how to change the flag ?? i want admin with immune flag A to access the menu .... Like head admins with A flag can make others admins ... Coz mostly Owners have L rcon flag .... and not all other admins have L access on pub servers ...

For example I type amx_setadmin and in the menu shows an admin that is not admin . I check also amx_who and it doesn't show that he is admin but in menu yes ?
