I have an idea for a mod.

It requires custom maps and multiple servers (at least 3).
You could create a RPG mod (really extensive, not like anything that exists here) and have really big maps.
For however many maps you have, you need that many servers.
Each server will run one map without ever changing.
There will be places in each map that will link to other maps.
When you enter these places, a menu will pop up asking if you'd like to switch and if so, you are redirected to the corresponding server.
If no server exists or the server is full, then notify the player.
After you have the basic map chaining covered, there would be making however you want the RPG mod to go.
You could mimic WoW with quests and guilds and all of that fun stuff.

I always thought something like this would be cool, but I don't have the resources for it, or the time to code it.

Maps, models, sounds, sprites, servers.

Those would be needed to really make the full mod.
I also don't have time to make it so it's really out of my hands.

I can create the servers, but the maps/models/sprites can be founded.. well, I hope one day you will have time to make this, because is awesome !

I have a nice idea, but only for one server. please read carefully to understand:

• before to run it for the first time, you must ban all the IPs from Mexico and Guatemala (the Mayas were living there).
• you need to pay for only 9 months cause that mod will expire after a certain date.
• whathever which map it's running, but at least a 24 slots server.
• here is the mod, let your server running and play inside it exactly in that day.
• have fun .
