It is what I was hoping to get at, but also hoping wasn't the problem.

I believe 1.5.2F uses SteamID3 on bans and unbans and would work for you, though I would need to check that statement before making a severe switch. Unless, you have the web and sql space to duplicate everything and give that a go.

Okay, I've made an interesting development. It seems to only be happening on a few of my UK based dedicated server, which is where the database is. My Canadian server is fine. I get unbanned on there.
Contrary to my post earlier, I wasn't aware that it was actually unbanning me.

I think this might be because of database rights. The MySQL host is limited to any host, but I don't think that counts localhost. Let me try changing the database address to the external one, I'll report back after.

EDIT: Turns out the UK servers already used the external IP to access the database. I'll try localhost instead.

EDIT 2: Using localhost does not work. I'll try a full re-install of SourceBans on the UK servers.
