When the srcds_run command is executed the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set up so the tier0_i486.so and vstdlib_i486.so are resolved correctly.

Are the tier0_i486.so and vstdlib_i486.so libs being fixed to the ./ path when building the source on linux ?

Our .so is in the bin above cs-strike and it dont work too

BTW for all you linux users, the bin ABOVE the plugin dir is /hlds-directory/bin and not /hlds-directory/cstrike/bin
