I am not sure what you are "in the end" trying to accomplish.

You can look at dukehacks to help you with pre damage and other things. I used it to stop all damage from a marked cheater, and he made an example to double the damage for everyone. This will also work headshots as it does it to everything.

I am not sure if you can just pull headshots out of the mix, but I think you mite be able to by utilizing both events and setting a bool. Not sure.

If you are just trying to stop damage, check out my Cheater Hater plugin, but more clarification on your end goal would help.

He tries to accomplish my request for a headshot only-plugin working with TF2 ( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=78757 ) for what I am really greatful.
