What's the output of "sm plugins list" when run on the server? Make sure admin-flatfile is loaded.

If it is, then on the server do "sm_dump_admcache" and then look at the file it says it writes/post it here. If there's no entry for the ID you added, then you probably broke the format of the file in some way (assuming admin-flatfile is loaded).

Also please post the output of "status" run in the server console, your server might not be connected to Steam.

No, it's "admin file reader." I forgot the plugin name was different from the file name.

What's the content of the file created by sm_dump_admcache?

But i can't find the file? I go to my server dashboard but can't find the games or csgo bit. Does it create it on the server or in my own files on my pc?

On the server - as your host's support to get the file for you if you can't find it in the control panel / ftp access they provide you.
