Meh. It wont stay over server restarts. There's no config file to make it stick one way forever. You also don't need to include sdktools.

I saw you added a cvar (sm_mess_title) ; Well i can use sm_mess "Words bla bla : message" and no cvar need, because if someone set value of cvar " " then will appear

Btw, you can use sizeof(string), isntead of using size of string directly. sizeof() from SM is doing exactly what you need, size of string without null ch.

The guy already knows SM has sm_csay, that's why he made this plugin in the first place. sm_csay prefixes the text with the admin name, or the hostname when run from console. He didn't want the prefix, so he made a plugin, nothing wrong with that.
