He said they were stock models, in csgo all stock models have the necessary bone although CT models are bugged and they move up and down if you move...

Is there a workaround/fix for the CT models? It's rather annoying to see all the CT's hats moving up and down /:

Not really, you can either:

1, make custom skins using the t bone
2, add your own attachment point for hats (this iss what hellsgamers did)
3, make hats with built-in bonemerge

So basically there's nothing to do from a plugin

....no. you have to make your own models with a new attachment added that doesnt suck like the csgo ct ones

Did they really just re-rig the default player models? In that case, why isn't everyone else using HG's fix?
