If they are working on linux and not win perhaps the issue is at mm and not in sm. Is anyone able to get mm to load on windows?

Nah, it's likely that a signature changed. Linux signatures are done using (text) debugging symbols, which aren't present on Windows; Windows requires a binary search string instead.

Heck, it could be just an offset change. Windows and Linux order their offsets differently, too...

Yes, MM alone loads fine. Just Sourcemod crashes the server... I even tried latest Dev-Editions (SM: 1.5.0-hg3652, MM: 1.10.0-hg803).
