well I cant seem to find it but there is a plugin by ludwigVan that is a cmdlistgenerator, and it will post your commands ona motd pagedependingon what flags you look for. I cant seem to find it on teh forums anymore, but i have it if your interested.

this plugin shows all the commands that look like what you searched for. In the adminhelp.sma there is a define at the top "#define HELPAMOUNT 10" and that is how many commands show per page, if you want more commands on amx_help just change that number to 500 and recompile the script.

if you put "z" in their flags in the users.ini it will cause them to NOT have user powers, thus this will not work.
