Anyway, it should be better with Admin Commands, useful only for add frags to a player via RCON or CVAR.

I have one question.
When I try to connect ot any American server it says: "This server is useing newer protocol ( 48 ) than your client ( 47 ). You should check for updates to your client." What does that mean

It means you need to update your game. If you are using steam it should have done that automatically.

So? In my country almost players have No Steam, but many people already have Steam since the last years..
