is Vault X needed or not more ?

i dont know why but i can use ultimate at lvl 0 with phasing twins
and one time i killed my self with falling down damage i lost 10 xp is that normal ?

I will post the power and ultimates, VaultX is no longer used and is no longer in existance. It uses the vault system that comes with default AMXMODX. Using ultimate with phasing twins at level 0 is kinda odd. I will look into it. Losing XP from suicide is part of Matrix Mod now. I thought people should get punished for killing themselves. I will be releasing the update soon which will contain upgrades and items along with bug fixes. Chaning the original post so it contains info on ultimates/powers.

When the new server is up and if you are willing to use Matrix Mod, please post the new IP. I am curious to test it out. As stated above I will be adding upgrades and items to MM to add some fun to it.
