if your using the superheromodedited file from that zip then the changes have already been made, basically all you need to do now is modify the admin_restrict.ini file to list all the heroes you want to have a max level cap on.

puted sh_adminrestrict.amxx superheromodedited.amxx on amx/plug fol
and amxmodx/config/plug ini add to list
sh_adminrestrict.amxx
superheromodedited.amxx

on amxmodx/config/sheros i puted
admin_restrict

now spider-man shuld allready be limited to level 10 yes?
so nop :X still i can use him in lvl20.

ya I thought you were at least using the newer api superhero instead of the old 1.18 series, this plugin is designed to make use of the new api, and is impossible to duplicate for the old version i.e. why a plugin like it was never made before.

The problem is that you didn't list any heroes that you'd like to restrict in the config...
