you should only need statsx.amxx
make sure you have the csx_amxx.dll module enabled

Check and make sure csstats_reset is 0

Try tossing it in amxx.cfg (in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs) or server.cfg (in cstrike)
csstats_reset 0

Then change the map.
