how come with my mod i used some code off a TUT and it got trashed but this guy copyed and stoled someone elses code but its in Unaproved Plugins

Because he didn't remove the credits from the plugin. If you look at the code, he is still registering the author as anakin_cstrike.

Since the OP has not complied with the RAR -> ZIP conversion, rather than removing the attachment (and leaving a broken plugin), trashed
