That's not an argument, you're just being alarmist without evidence. AMX Mod X is not going to "die" because we don't add a Spanish forum. If you want a Spanish forum, make one yourself. We can link to it.

Otherwise, propose solutions instead of problems.

Spanish is the second most natively-spoken language in the world, just after Chinese. There are people that will like to have a Spanish subforum.

What BAIL is trying to say, is that we do not have the moderator power to manage a forum like that. The rules of the forum must be enforced and regulated. Already as it stands the Multi-lingual forum has always been grounds for a mess to clean up. Given it has its purpose when it's used properly but for all I know, the whole forum is just bashing every english speaking country and supporting no-steam.
