in main console type amx plugins list and see if they are running, also make sure you have a high enough level to make them show up
ex. if a hero is lvl 10 and you are level 9, you won't see it in the list till you are level 10

I also personally find if I have selected a few high level heros first, say 5 of them(just a guess) heros like batgirl disappear from the list

so, make sure you are level ten or more and you have typed clearpowers in game console, if they are working, they should show up

try selecting heros when your dead if this happens, it will show them all then.

mind posting a bug report on that guys (the bug where it wont show all the heros)..... be as specific as you can so I can try to pinpoint the problem
