Assuming you installed it correctly, it should be in addons/sourcemod/configs as advertisements.txt, open it and just follow the instructions to add your own ads, but they don't have functioning colors right now.

yea i figured it would be that, but the plugin doesnt make the cfg file... it does work tho but there is no cfg file

Colors work just fine.

For a chat message the flag is "S"

Dude, in your example you used the only working colors, green, default and white. Thats why. Red, yellow, orange, blue, violet etc. don't work and haven't for a while.
