I highly doubt it. The game engine and AMX Mod X don't support splitting chat (or console) messages over multiple lines. It could be done by writing new code to parse the text in a plugin (which is about the worst place to do it), but this is a lot of excess (potentially lag inducing) code for a problem that I don't see even existing.

There are a limited number of chat lines that can be visible at once. If chat messages started taking up two (or more) lines and you have one right after another, this doesn't really leave room for players to actually chat.

I implemented new code to allow for longer chat messages in v3.25Beta. You can have up to 190 bytes in a single chat message. The Russian language is one that uses multi-byte characters, so it doesn't mean you can have 190 actual characters, but you can certainly have more than in previous versions of the plugin.

I realize some of the current English lines are kind of long. Expect changes in the future. Every time I look over the English messages, I ask myself why I haven't already changed certain things.

Try it with the dictionary file that came in the download. If that doesn't fix the problem, please post one of your log files from when the server starts until just after the first map change. Also, post the full output of the dmap_status command.
