Need cvar for enable/disable modes. Homing is cheating and ML. New sprite explosive better. Thx!

@MustD1e: I'll took new sprite for it and i'll add cvar to enable/disable modes.

Please fix this moments:
When i download and use zp_bazooka_new.sma I have not worked as a model
