I've informed them of the importance of this update, and they've asked their CEO to make this update available ASAP. Usually they're pretty good about the important optional updates (optional update on 3/31/16 was made available almost immediately).

Valve really dropped the damn ball on this update, imo they should have just released a rollback update to the previous version that worked. Hands down, I can't recall an update that is this game breaking even back to cs 1.6...

well valve is done for the day and off on the weekend so maybe Monday night update? Goodbye normal csgo servers

Even their matchmaking servers are having issues they better work OT to fix this. Matchmaking was the finial blow to CSGO to convert over to COD style gaming. Even though HL1/HL2 games were built on community servers, the fuck is matchmaking...extremely frustrated and so are my community members.

They will lose a lot of credibility and respect if they take off the weekend and don't release an update tomorrow. I've been buying there games since 99 and I damn sure wont buy another game from them if they don't.

I don't crash as soon as I load into the maps that crashed me instantly before, which is good news. I'm yet to crash on this new update. Will report in when I do crash though
