HL2DM is one of the games that could use TEAM "0" , CSS/DODS/CSGO ect not , AND DON´T BOTHER ME , IT´S MY DECISION IF I WOULD DO IT OR NOT

If I understand your request (possibly not), you are looking for an example server to connect-to, and see it all working as expected? If so, below is the information my Counter-Strike:Source server (using the sample configs I posted earlier in the thread):

Connection information:
192.30.161.61:6307

This plugin will result in your client automatically downloading quite a few custom models to your computer (along with whatever custom map is currently running, and a variety of custom sounds - none of which are delivered by this particular plug-in).

After connecting, downloading all the "stuff", and selecting a normal CS:S "team" (i.e. Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist), you will then see a SM pop-up menu to allow you to select a custom model to represent you in-game. If you do not select one, a default model will be automatically assigned (as with bots).
