Update

Kruffty's files (post 137)

While it does fix a lot of the error log entries it still has an issue, timing out the server when a player attempts to re-join the game after being idle.

Interestingly though, it appears to have fixed several other error log entries generated by other plugins.
This is very much unfortunate as I cant use this fix until the timeout issue is solved. ie. New gamedata signature file.

I don't get that timing out the server when a player attempts to re-join the game after being idle that you are getting. Here list SourceMod ,Plugins and Extension that I use.
Also did you try Simple AFK Manager ?

Having tried probably a dozen different combinations of files, nothing seems to work ok
I totally give up with multislots. Its never really been fixed in over a year.

This is a common issue with spawning extra bots.

Here is a COOP ONLY version of multislots for everyone to check out. Seems to be working on our servers. Included AFK Fix plugin too. Cannot remember where we got this one. Added the l4d2afkfix.txt gamedata file.
