It can be done via commands. I have this setup on my achievement servers and it will keep his HP constant each time he is spawned.
PHP Code:
sm_cvar tf_eyeball_boss_health_at_level_2 "3000"
sm_cvar tf_eyeball_boss_health_per_player "1000"
sm_cvar tf_eyeball_boss_health_per_level "0"

That was Valve's update to the Monoculus, every time you defeated it it gained a level. He only updated it so you could set the level if you wanted, to higher than 1.

Snaggle's cvars seem to work fine.

Nice plugin. I use something similar, but the difference is that I spawn him with ent_create eyeball_boss, and sv_cheats is set to 0 (I can also spawn HHH). I will be using this plugin though because of the level feature.
I have a request: Add a cvar that let's you remove the monoculus.

2nd best way to remove mono is to just equip with say the valve RL from Sarges give weapon plugin... one hit will do the trick.

Does this plugin cause crashes for anyone?

I added this, the Horsemann spawner and the forced holidays plugin to my server and now it's randomly restarting with no errors in the logs.

It might be one of the other plugins, or them working together, so I thought i'd just ask.

Are you also using any other boss-related plugins, such as Horsemann Healthbar?

Nope, I just added those 3 plugins and then the crashes happened. It was happening before too and I removed them and didn't bother trying to troubleshoot.
