Just move the models to:
modir/models/players/admin_ct/admin_ct.mdl &

should solve the server crash

I love this plugin, really makes the admins feel special and sets them apart from the regular players. Because I sell admin on all 3 of my servers, I like this plugin because it makes a physical diference between admins and players. But, it doesn't matter to me because I have cl_minmodels on.

What does: cl_minmodels do?

It makes it so everyone on the CT team will show up as the, I think SAS mode, but correct me if I'm wrong. And it makes everyone show up as the 1337 Crew, I think, or something along those lines. It helps because the CT has the shiny shield over the face and the T has the big white turban.

Also, the reason why you might have that problem is that they have the wrong models already downloaded, they might have downloaded it off another server. Because on my server, when I first had it, I had Agent Smith and a T with sunglasses for the models. All you have to do is delete them from you models/player/ directory.

Actually thats cl_himmodels, it makes it so it can display only 4 models, hostage, VIP, 1337 Crew and SAS. if you don't have cl_himmodels enabled then it will display all 10 models.
