This is no error, but just the query that is used to get all admins from the database to load it on the gameserver. Since debugmode was removed in sourcemod 1.1 those messages are shown everytime.
Is your admin working on the server if you change your permissions on the webpanel?

Ah, okay. Well, my admin is working just fine, yes, but one of my servers does not appear to be successfully reading the SourceBans banlist from the database because my banned_ip.cfg and banned_user.cfg files are both 0kb. The other that is also on the same SourceBans installation is however, which is why this is so confusing...

It doesn't write to the banned_xxx.cfg files.

The server queries your bans every time a person connects so there is no need for a banned_xxx.cfg file.

So you're saying I can just delete banned_ip.cfg and banned_user.cfg files from both of my servers without a problem?

Does the host have to allow the incomming ports for mysql or the server in general?

I have a mysql database on remote server, but I am hosted with HostGator. Would the remote mysql database work?

As far as I know there is a 'remove sql configuration' option enabled in HostGators CPanel, look for it.
