Hey Kigen, After getting reports that the plugin wasn't blocking all unicode players, I watched irc and pulled logs. Here's an example:

(17:15) (+[DoDSBeta]Server) KAC: }ۤ{{Cn}promatic was blocked for having a gay ass unicode name.

but, at the same time,

If a poor server admin running a custom server with lots of downloads, makes the error of having kac_validate 1 are all the legitimate clients who dont validate in time going to be put onto the global ban list. Meaning if they visit another server (correctly set up) using the global ban list be denied access?
