It's possible the menu item doesn't appear since there is something non-standard there but nevertheless, the command works perfectly fine in the console... The only command that's worthwhile to have the menu for is the rage ban which lets you target people who have just left the server.

The rage ban menu doesn't work. After selecting the player on the rageban menu, the menu just disappears with no confirmation.

For me, it's really important to have the ct ban in the menu.. It's more easy than have to write "!sm.." and when you use switch team, respawn team, if you have to write the command for each one.. good luck

And I don't have the rage ban too in the sm menu

You're more than welcome to implement CT Bans integration with your SourceBans. It's definitely possible to do with this plugin but not something I plan on releasing as part of the SM plugin.

Whenever I put the plugin on, it says unknown command sm_ctban (when i do !ctban). I believe I did set it up correctly and it did not compile from the web compiler so someone else posted the compiled version which I used.

You should always compile everything from either the web-compiler or yourself, it will say these things if an error is encountered so you'll need to check your error log and post any relevant entries here. Please compile it yourself and then try that version.
