Here's a new version - you can set "sm_adminesp" option for admins on the server always on or always off. So when they enter the game if the new config option "sm_adminesp_onbydefault" is 1 admins don't have to write sm_adminesp in console to turn it on.
The option is "1" by default.
Here's the new unofficial version. Tested on my server - works great.
Differences for developers:

in admincheats_on.cfg

This plugin doesn't support CS:GO now. You must wait for new gamedata (at least).
EDIT: You must update SDKHooks to latest beta ( http://users.alliedmods.net/~psychon.../sdkhooks/2.2/ )

Any pro coders? I've looked up the code and did not find the cause, please can anyone who knows entities look through the code and correct entity checks? The error above is simply reproduced on a gg or dm or even public server by moving from team to team fastly (from t to ct , from ct to t , t->spectators->ct and so on, need several times to cause crash).
