how do i change and where

if i want client to say /rank and it brings up their stats-rank

Just to let you know I downloaded the sma and amx. I put the sma in scripting and amx in plugins. The plugin would run but wouldn't give any stats. I banged my head against it for like 20 mins.. then decided to recompile the sma just for the hell of it (prolly the first time I tried using a precomplied plugin since amx .95, and I only did it cuz I was crunched for time). The AMX was different in size BY A LOT. I put the new amx in the plugins dir.. changed map.. and voila.. it worked.

I'm running amx .16 .. Just thought someone would like to know.

PS. This is a CZ server .. didn't try it on my CS server cuz we use the stats that came with the amxx package.

should i add "amx_cvar csstats_rank 1" to my config or is csstats_rank 1 sufficient?

cstats_rank 1 will work by itself, amx_cvar is just for remote changes from being in-game and the server

thanks, i got this weird shit, after i reset the score, i changed the map. Afeter that i restarted and i got my old stats back!? is it in some kinda config file or something?

If you had the stats going for names and then change it to steam_id(cstats_rank 1). You need to reset(csstats_reset 1) the stats change map and then it should work just fine.
The stats become weird if you change how stats should be saved without reseting the stats.

If that doesn't work:
To do this manually delete the "addons\amxx\custom\csstats.dat" file
You have to stop the server when doing it manually.

is something wrong??
when i'm CT and defusing the bomb ,i can see the numbers in the middle of the screen,
but i just can't hear the counting down sound
