no idea how that rule thing works but my second account banned too. I removed all the plugins with knife, weapon color, body color but got still ban.

I did checked all my plugins by thread and i have no plugins againgst the rules of valve.

Let me guess, you have the same mobile number verified on both accounts.

The GLST ban will also apply to all linked mobile numbers.

no i did not. But maybe same email can be the reason? Because i use always same email adress.
